The ceremony is tailored to your wishes, making it unique to you and your family.

It can incorporate readings, poems and promises of support for the child.

Are Godparents needed?

The choice to have adults support your child is up to you.

There are lots of non religious names for these adults, including guide-parents, supporting-adult, odd-parents. During the ceremony they make public promises to support the child being named.
